Which funds do we manage?

Over 10 years' experience providing financial advice to companies in the corporate finance area, combined with the trust we have established with our clients in managing their assets, has enabled the Riva y Garcia Financial Group to undertake its activities in the venture capital/private equity area since 1999.

Riva y Garcia Venture Capital/Private Equity is currently managing the following venture capital companies, all of which are registered with and supervised by the CNMV (National Securities Market Commission):

• WebCapital, S.C.R.is a venture capital company focused on making seed-capital and start-up investments in companies with a significant technological component.

• Invercat Exterior, F.C.R. is a venture capital fund which invests in Catalan companies involved in internationalisation processes. This fund has been promoted by the Catalan Government, and its shares are held by major financial institutions (Banco Sabadell; CaixaHolding (Grup "la Caixa"); ICF Holding (Institut Català de Finances Holding); Invercartera S.A. (Grup Caixa Catalunya); Santander Central Hispano; Seguros Catalana Occidente, Sociedad Anónima de Seguros y Reaseguros; COPCA (Consortium for the Commercial Promotion of Catalonia) and CIDEM (Centre for Innovation and Business Development).

• In March 2001, the Spinnaker Invest, S.C.R. fund was createdA venture capital company for the development of companies in the Media and Enabling Technologies sectors.
• Tirant Inversiónis a venture capital fund governed by the simplified scheme and promoted by the Valencia Institute of Finances, in which shares are held by institutional investors, private investors and family groups from the Valencia Region. Riva y García Private Equity has been entrusted with the management of Tirant Inversión.
