What is Private Equity?

Venture capital/private equity is the taking of a shareholding in the capital of companies for a period of time defined according to the project in question. The investment has legal limits, with a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 12 years, sufficient to allow the activities to reach a mature stage.

Venture capital is one of the different financial alternatives notable not only for being a financial partner but also because:
