What do we require?

In addition to the criteria that Riva y García Venture Capital/Private Equity considers crucial to all its investments, WebCapital has a series of specific criteria which are of vital importance:

• Teams of exceptional entrepreneurs who are capable of turning a business project into a business reality with high growth potential. Quality and experience of the human team.
• Projects which offer state-of-the-art in-house technology and have a high value potential.
• Projects aimed at large markets, which establish themselves as leaders in their niche or sector.
• Control over the competition and the existence of significant entry barriers.
• Projects which can be fully financed by the initial investment until the company's break-even point, without having to rely on subsequent financing rounds, but which also include the possibility of co-investment.
• Maximum investment of around €500,000, although for large-scale and attractive projects the possibility of co-investment would be considered.
