What do we contribute?

Spinnaker has an Investment Committee made up of five professionals, including independent sector experts. There is also a Strategic Advisory Committee which provides direct support to Spinnaker in its strategic management.
The existence of these committees means that Spinnaker has very significant experience in the media sector which, combined with the experience of Riva y García Venture Capital/Private Equity in offering company advice and investment, enables the companies to successfully undertake their business projects.

• We share the same interests as the existing partners in the company. We are a 'partner' in the project, sharing the same risks and the same profits.
• We provide stability in the shareholder structure. This stability is the result of our adaptation to the maturity horizon of the project.
• We increase the borrowing capacity of the company as a result of the input of new capital and the consequent strengthening of equity. It is an input of new long-term financial resources.
• We promote internal professional rigour by supporting the modernisation of management processes and introducing the most advanced methods of administration and management.
• We make our extensive network of national and international contacts available to the company.
• We offer advice and support in the design of the company strategy through our presence on the management bodies of the company (Shareholders' Meeting and Board of Directors). We provide our help in strategy planning without getting involved in the daily management of the company. Spinnaker never forms part of the executive management of the company. We therefore help to ensure the independence of the management process of the company by introducing strictly economic and strategic evaluation elements.
• We promote and assist the company's internationalisation processes.
