Investing in the media sector in its broadest sense. In the companies which offer the highest growth expectations and can contribute increased value in the sector.

Spinnaker will not automatically exclude any person or organisation within the sector Media, and at the same time invests in projects and companies in all phases of development, enabling them to take advantage of the optimum investment time in the life of the project/company.

Spinnaker's aim is to acquire minority holdings in capital, with a minimum investment of €1 million and a maximum of €3.75 million. Spinnaker does not intend to take control of the company, and leaves the day-to-day management of the company to the management team. Notwithstanding this, Spinnaker prefers to be present on the Board of Directors of the company, thereby offering an outside point of view and its knowledge in order to promote the development of the company. The investments are made in pan-European companies and projects, particularly in Spain, Portugal, Italy and France.
