Riva y García-1877, S.V., S.A is also a member of Iberclear, the Spanish central securities depositary responsible for the accounting records and the offsetting and settlement of securities listed on the Spanish stock exchanges, the public debt market and the fixed income market, as well as Latibex, the Latin American securities market.
