RIVA Y GARCIA GESTIÓN, S.G.I.I.C., S.A.U makes available to its costumers a Customer Service Department, created under the ECO Order 734/2004 of March 11, whose purpose will be attend and resolve complaints and claims presented by their customers. Its operation is included in a Client Defense Regulation that can be consulted in its offices and on its website.
To make your complaints or claims should be addressed, in the first instance, the owner of the Customer Service Department of Riva y García Gestión SGIIC, who will resolve within a maximum period of one month. If you do not agree with the response received, or if after one month you do not receive an answer, you can file a complaint with the CNMV (National Securities Market Commission).
